Current Positions:

• Project Leader/Project Manager :Should have more than 4 years of experience in Microsoft technologies (Asp, .Net , Ms Sql ). Would be working on Project management for web-related projects. Starting from Requirement Gathering, documenting the specifications SRS, FSD, developing prototypes, setting of standards Trouble shooting, code reviews, execution ,test planning and implementation of project. Responsibilities of the Project Leader/Project Managers :Define and prepare project plans, Estimate effort ,Evaluate high level design and architecture , Define project team organization, allocate, execute project assignments and monitor tasks assigned to team members, Ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must desired Candidate Profile. 4 - 10 years experience in reputed software companies .Prior experience in handling small teams, requirement analysis, design and formal quality processes is a must
  Strong foundation in SDLC concepts & business process knowledge.Good Presentation, communication and influencing skills.

• Content Creator : Should be from mass communication background, should have experience of 1-2 years in updating contents for web sites or similar nature of work. We are looking for content writers to work on a permanent basis with our team. The candidate will be required to conduct online research, generate content for various portals and write creative content. The candidate should have a stronghold on English with good knowledge of computers and Internet. The person should be enthusiastic, willing to work hard. Freshers may apply.

  Quality Controller – web
  Should have knowledge of quality control process on web site design & development. Should have 2-3 years of experience, Should be meticulous, serious and target oriented.
  

• Business Development Manager(male): :We also require a Business Development Manager/executive. Should be BE/Graduate +MBA, dynamic, excellent communication skill, flair for Software & internet related work, research oriented – Facility of fooding, boarding, conveyance, medical and other applicable expenses (In middle east).

• Front Office Executive :Any graduate having excellent communication skill, presentable, presence of mind, knowledge of Computers & internet. Will Handle various front-office activities, which includes attending the calls (Internal & External) particularly. Maintaining STD & ISD call details, Attending the calls from International clients, Attending & coordinating with clients & candidates , Stationary handling, Attendance Management, Maintaining records of the employees going for official work in a register, Records of incoming & outgoing courier, Looking after a part of administration activities also.
  

• Tele Sales Executive (female):: We require a tele sales executive having excellent communication skill, Should be convent educated and highly aggressive. Knowledge of Arabic or other foreign language is highly preferred.
