I. Procurement & Inventory Management
This is a total procurement & inventory
control system which maintains you’re
your purchase & inventory record.
You can create your own material category
& material name .You can create locations
in store .You have database of supplier, where
you enlist their offer throughout the year.
While Making a purchase You have option to
make supplier analysis for the proposed product.
This analysis will give you the most ideal
supplier in terms of price , quality &
timely delivery.
Procurement covers both cash & credit
purchase. You can make cash purchase where
you update the materials directly in to the
store. Your can maintain inventory in store
by creating different locations. So You will
be able to maintain location wise stock.
On cash purchase You
can directly update the purchased stock in
different store location. While doing credit
purchase, You can create a purchase order,
which have options to be updated & delivered.
Once the Purchase order delivered, And The
supplier supplies the material, the store
stock can be updated thru Goods receipt note.
This maintains the detail record like forward
quantity, Actual quantity, material quality,
deviations and crates a Receipt report against
the purchase order.
Now once your
central store & site store are updated
, You can x’er materials from one store
to other..
II. Estimation & Progress
As you launch
or finalize a project or site , you need to
create a cost center along with the project
details. Then You can make estimation of projects
in terms of material, labor , liasoning Fees,
Corresponding expenses, supplier payments,
establishments etc.

Transaction
During Purchase Order & transferring the
materials to the site location, System compares
the estimated price and quantity with actual.
In case of deviation, It generates a warning
message with a scope to cancel or continue.
It also gives you the deviation reports with
the details of deviation.
During payment to the
Labor contractor, System compares the estimated
area & labour cost with actual & do
the same as above.

IV. Digi sign , security & Administrative
Rights
Your software & datas would be in a highly
secured environment. All the users will be
assigned with different user ID & password.
Access to different forms & users would
be controlled by the Administrator. Moreover
two people with different user id & passwords
can be assigned to access the same forms &
reports. However Blocking the access or deletion
of the user Id will be controlled by the Administrator.
As an important security measure, Administrator
can track the datas feed in to the system
with the details of time, data & user.
