How does your company differentiate itself
from the competition?

We will summaries the answer in 2 parts: Firstly,
we see ourselves as Internet Marketing Consultants than Web Designers. Our main
objective is to create and implement an effective and profitable Internet
marketing strategy for our clients, not merely designing Web Pages. Secondly,
unlike most of our competitors at this point of time in the region, we strongly
encourage them to setup an online "branch" and accept online orders. We believe
the technology has already been available for some time, and we are able to
help the client make use of the existing technology to tap the Online Shoppers'
market.

How does your fees and charges compare to
your competitors?
|

Surprisingly, for the extra value and assurance,
we are providing products to our clients, with nominal charges as compared to many of our

Can we engage Luminous only for parts of
your services and not the whole package?

Of course, we would love to implement a total
turnkey project for you but we understand that it doesn't always happen that
way. We are more than willing to discuss and offer our services for a part of
your Internet venture. In a long run, we hope to be able to demonstrate to you
the quality and affordability of our services in order for you to engage us in
our other services too.

Do you offer Intranet services?
|

Yes, we do. Simply put, setting up an Intranet
network and server is similar to setting up an Internet server. The difference
is that the former applies to a network within the company. We would like to
mention however, our business focus remains which is to assist our clients
create new businesses over the Internet.

Is my business suitable for the Internet?

That's a difficult question to answer. Each
business has it's own particular needs and requirements and they would all
probably fit into the Internet differently. Think of Internet as a shop lot. If
you are in the retail music business, you will use the shop to retail your CDs
and tapes. If you are a bank, then you will use the shop to perform
transactions. If you are a construction company, you might want to use that
