This is a online message box ,from where the administrator can create a message or image and arranged information in form of file like Ms word, Ms-excel, Ms-PowerPoint etc.This message or file can be your notice, greetings or any other message & you want to send it to multiple people at a time. You will also have a address book with group Email facilities. You can add and subtract name & Email Ids of subscriber in to different group. Now you choose a message & choose the recipients by group or as a individual & send it to all at a time. This message will appear at the recipients individually. This module will also maintain the archive of the messages sent.
