Online Management and Monitoring of different activities of Court Cases of Water Resources Department, Government of Jharkhand
The Water Resources Department, Govt. of Jharkhand is engaged in the development of water resources by constructing major, medium and minor irrigation schemes. The project is for development and implementation of Web Based Dynamic Database Software Solutions for Online Management and Monitoring of different activities of Court Cases of Water Resources Department, Govt. of Jharkhand. The software is used by the departmental officers at different levels for monitoring, tracking and providing transparent solutions for all activities. The software solution provides tools/ mechanisms for entering and editing features which facilitates the sustainability and use of the software by the field officers and the officers at department levels.

Animal Husbandry in Arunachal Pradesh forms a part and parcel of the people as well as the state's economy. The Livestock Sector in Arunachal Pradesh contributes about 8% of the states net domestic product where Agri and allied sector contributes 24.6%. With growing education level and increase of unemployed educated youth in Arunachal Pradesh the dairy and the poultry farming activities have started accelerating during the last ten years with a view to generating self employment for the rural youths. Keeping this in view, the Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary & Dairy Development performs various activities for promotion of livestock in the State. In order to disseminate those information to the citizens, the department has adopted the Information Technology (IT) in the form of a website. The official website of the department has been designed and developed by Luminous Infoways Pvt. Ltd., Content Service Provider (CSP) to Arunachal Pradesh. The website was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Shri C.P. Mansai, Secretary, AHV&DD on 14th March 2014 in a seminar-cum-motivational workshop for veterinary professionals organized by State Veterinary Council of Arunachal Pradesh in collaboration with the Department of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary & Dairy Development in the conference hall of Hotel Benjamin, Naharlagun.

Online Monitoring of Schools & Hostels of OMTES Supported by ST & SC Development Department, Govt. of Odisha
The Odisha Model Tribal Educational Society (OMTES), a registered society under the ST & SC Development Department, aims to make positive interventions in the field of Tribal Education. Incepted in March 2001, it has setup 11 Eklabya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) and is managing 19 Educational complexes setup to providing education to students belonging to primitive Tribal Groups in remote areas. Luminous Infoways has developed a Monitoring Application for the monitoring of around 1600 schools & hostels which is based on three basic formats namely; Samiksha, School Paryavekshan and Hostel Paryavekshan. Being a monitoring application, it ensures the effectiveness of the educational interventions, planning and resource management of these schools and hostels. It also generates different kind of essential consolidated analytical and graphical reports as and when required.

Roll Out Partner for 12th Plan of CONFONET Project of Govt. of India
The CONFONET project has been implemented in the backdrop of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986, which is a social legislation intended to protect consumers from all forms of exploitation. Under the provision of the Act, quasi-judicial machinery, namely, Consumer Forums at the district level and Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions at the State and National Level were setup. With the objective to make the fruits of this benevolent Act reach its wide target audience, this project was initiated and an Executive Finance Committee (EFC) was prepared to provide a turnkey solution at each of the district forum, state commission & national level, including linkages with respective state and central governments. Luminous Infoways has deputed 38 numbers of implementing resources at various Consumer Dispute Redressal Commissions and District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums for implementation of CONFONET project.

FORM-F (PCPNDT) Management System for Directorate of Family Welfare, Govt. of Odisha
The Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994, was enacted and brought into operation from 1st January, 1996, in order to check female foeticide. The Act prohibits determination and disclosure of the sex of foetus . It also prohibits any advertisements relating to pre-natal determination of sex and prescribes punishment for its contravention. The person who contravenes the provisions of this Act is punishable with imprisonment and fine. In order to implement these provisions, a state level PC & PNDT Cell has been formed under the Directorate of Family Welfare, Govt. of Odisha. The cell is monitoring the activities of the ultrasound clinics of Odisha through the district programme officers and district appropriate authorities. Luminous Infoways, in association with UNFPA, has developed the dynamic FORM-F Software both in online and offline version (Form for Maintenance of Record in Respect of Pregnant Woman by Genetic Clinic / Ultrasound Clinic/ Imaging Centre). The system maintains all the records of in Respect of Pregnant Woman at 647 Genetic Clinics / Ultrasound Clinics/ Imaging Centres of Odisha. It is a monitoring system, in which all the mandatory information related to these clinics has been filled by the clinic personnel online and can be easily tracked at district level and state level. Moreover, the clinics where internet facility is not available can also maintain this software offline and upload the information to server from any remote location where internet is available.

Online Donation Management System (ODMS) for Kalinga Institute of Social Science (KISS)
Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) is the largest residential institute for the tribals in the world, providing accomodation, food, health care, education from Kindergarten to Post Graduation, vocational training and all other basic amenities of life absolutely free with a job after completion of education. To support this great social cause, donations are being received from well-wishers in regular interval. In order to provide an user friendly online system to donate to KISS, an Online Donation Management System (ODMS) has been developed by Luminous Infoways. It provides a scope for online donation by both domestic and International donors. The donors are also getting 80G certificate for income tax benefits under Income Tax Act and Foreign Contribution online. This application has been integrated with the Online Donor Relationship Management System (DRMS) for donors’ acknowledgement etc.

Luminous Infoways has been implementing Core Banking Solutions (CBS) at Meghalaya Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd. Luminous Infoways has deputed one Operation Manger & 24 numbers of Data Management Assistant (DMA) for providing the roll out services to the Meghalaya Co-operative Apex Bank. These are; assisting in data preparation activities as per the CBS formats, assisting the Bank in entering daily vouchers, Generating Reports, Tallying data in Day-Book, Cash-Book, and Trial Balance etc. The solution has been developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC), Govt. of India. The Meghalaya Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd. (MCAB) was established in 1971, with the formation of Meghalaya State after bifurcation of the erstwhile Assam State. The MCAB as a pioneer in Banking in Meghalaya, has taken banking to the doorsteps of the people of the State and has been able to nurture and develop banking habits among the people.

Roll out Partner of e- Panchayat Mission Mode Project (MMP) of Govt. of India in Odisha
Being an empanelled IT agency of National Informatics Centre Services Inc. (NICSI), Luminous Infoways has been selected to roll out the e- Panchayat Mission Mode Project (MMP) of Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India in Odisha. We have deputed 33 District Project Managers to monitor the roll out services of e-Panchayat Project in Odisha. The Ministry of Panchayati Raj is implementing e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project (MMP) which addresses core aspects of Panchayats’ functioning. Based on the findings of the ISNA study 12 functional areas such as Planning, Accounting, Scheme/Work Monitoring, Asset Directory, Training/Skill Management, Service Delivery etc. were identified. These functional areas led to the development of the PES Suite which comprises of the generic software applications (12 common core applications).

Licensing and Pharmacist Information Management System for Directorate of Drugs Control, Odisha
Licensing Management System (LMS) and Pharmacist Information Management System (PIMS) a web based application to track and trace the activities of Drug Controller, District Drug Controller, Additional Drug Controller, Drugs Inspectors, Licensee's, Testing Laboratory etc. This system also enables drug retailer, distributor and manufacturer to apply for online licensing of their drugs license. Moreover, the entire process of licensing, starting from drug inspector’s verification report to the approval of Drugs Controller are being carried out on online. In this system, the existing workflow of different users has been managed and role access has been provided to the stakeholders to help them in tracking of the work progress and status report at any point of time. The system provides various analytical and graphical reports based on the MIS. Citizens can also access the system and apply online for Grant/Renew of License, Register Complain or Grievance for any drugs and know the status at any point of time.
