The system will emphasize on donors acknowledgement / intimation to donate online irrespective of location through a centralized unit at Headquarter (KISS). Through this system, users will follow up the donors and encourage them to donate for charitable funds on regular basis. Also user will follow up the interested well-wishers to convert them into donors till the donation or refusal for donation on an interval basis. Once the well wisher gets converted to donor, donor records will be managed in the system. The system has monitoring facility provided to Admin at Headquarter (KISS) to view the daily follow up status of users present in different zones (east, west, north & south).

Odisha Drugs Inventory Management System (ODIMS) for NRHM Odisha
Odisha Drug Inventory Management System (ODIMS) is an ICT tool developed to constitute the qualities of an effective drug distribution system. The system provides a single network of connecting all drug warehouses of the State and carry out the various drug distribution strategies. The objective is to strategize the implementation process of drug distribution cycle and various kinds of distribution methods. ODIMS has re-designed the workflow of inventory management system of the State and eliminated various steps and constraints affecting drug distribution. This system helps the state user for reordering frequency of drugs requisition and appropriate FORECASTING. It also allows the State Drug Management Unit to implement optimal reorder formulas and maintain a proper balance between service levels and stock levels. The system has been implemented across 35 district ware house, 350 community health centers directly and inventory of about 8,000 PHCs indirectly.

e-Nirman –An Online Project Monitoring System of Works Department, Govt. of Odisha
e-Nirman is a step forward in implementation of e-Governance by the State government and it is an integrated online project monitoring system to monitor execution of projects in a most effective manner. The government seems to ensure greater transparency and accountability and help completing the projects in a time bound manner and increase efficiency to the citizens. This system is said to track the physical and financial progress of works pertaining to different Chief Engineers, Circles and Divisions. It will also ensure over viewing the projects in districts, blocks and constituencies. In the first phase of implementation of the project this system will be made accessible to all office bearers starting from the Secretariat to the Division Level. In the second phase, it is envisaged to extend facilities to Sub-division level and provide a citizen interface. The software aims to assist in tracking and ensuring payment of respective tranches to the beneficiaries as and when they fulfill the condition and the AWWs sponsor them, keeping necessary checks as to avoid excess payments and payment delays. The software also supports the functionaries at different levels in managing and monitoring the financial and programmatic component of the scheme. The software ensures: 1. Connection of the database across all 338 projects across the State. 2. Use of systems to make programme management to be MIS oriented. The aim is to make the use of the present day technology and software to manage the conditional cash transfers as per the scheme. 3.
